Apple is one of the biggest names in tech, and has recently launched their Apple music streaming service for consumers around the globe. This latest turn for Apple takes aim at other music streaming services like Spotify and Pandora, in hopes of offering something a bit more diverse.
Music streaming apps and trends have given us instant access to our favorite music and artists. Apple is taking things one-step farther by letting us choose exactly what we want to hear, and what we don’t want to hear. No more playlists for “holidays” or “making dinner” like you’d see from other music streaming apps. The Apple music streaming service has let go of the reigns and given users all the power.
In addition to their streaming service, Apple is also releasing a music streaming social network. Unlike other music streaming social networks, Apple’s will have posts from musicians, an easy share button that transcends platforms, and will come complete with ‘like’ and ‘comment’ buttons. It will have everything users need to share their favorite music across the web, and then some.
Apple has always been at the forefront of music streaming apps and trends, and their new service is no different. What it lacks in customization it makes up for in attractive design and in its seamless interface.
Apple’s war on music streaming will likely become a bloody one once it’s all said and done.
